Matt Hene has been in the insurance business since 2003, specializing in the property and casualty area. Prior to joining Ironwood, Matt was with Palmer & Cay and McGriff Seibels and Williams, where he brokered and serviced middle market to large risk management accounts with complex insurance needs.

Matt's experience includes designing, negotiating and servicing insurance programs in various locations throughout the United States and internationally. He has extensive experience servicing the real estate, media/communications, manufacturing, restaurant/hospitality and staffing industries. Matt belongs to a number of business and industry associations, including AYREP, ARDA and NAIOP. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance.
