Timothy Blanco is Ironwood's International Property & Casualty Insurance Advisor. With over ten years of Property & Caualty experience, Tim has displayed his commitment to the insurance industry by earning the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Certified Insurance Counselor designations. He started his career as a commercial and technology underwriter specializing in multinational placements with the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. While at Chubb, Tim completed the Chubb Multinational Resources Group's underwriter training and joined a limited group with authority for technology and international accounts.

In 2003, Tim joined Palmer & Cay (Wachovia Insurance Services) as an International Account Executive, where he worked with multiple networks to place global coverage for multinational clients. He has significant experience in the areas of trade credit, political risk and kidnap & ransom insurance. During his tenure at Palmer & Cay, Tim completed an internship period working inside of the Lloyds of London organization. He was previously very active within the Worldwide Broker Network. Tim is an active "Big" with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. He is a graduate of the Leadership Georgia class of 2007 and served as a Program Chair for the class of 2008. Tim sits on the board of The Savannah Speech & Hearing Center, Benedictine Military School Alumni Association and Coastal Victims Assistance Services.
